Working principle of VOCs gas condensation recovery device:
The volatile VOCs gas can be introduced or other electronic gases can be introduced into the equipment cold box through an introduction machine (with a condensation temperature set at 3 ℃ -40 ℃ -75 ℃ -115 ℃). Other temperature zones can be customized, and the condensation, liquefaction, capture, and separation can be carried out step by step according to the needs and collected in a collection tank. Part of the continuous production processes perform a dual path switching process in the low-temperature section (after one side is blocked by ice, it is directly switched to the other heat exchange cold box for condensation, while the ice blocking side undergoes defrosting treatment). Emissions of other gases are used to achieve condensation, capture, and recovery of gases.

7. Tail gas emissions: For the recovery and treatment of solvent gases, the tail gas environmental emission standard of 20mg/m3 can be met according to demand; If there is low boiling point gas in the gas (which cannot be condensed and liquefied), it can be separated, treated and recovered again through processes such as activated carbon adsorption and membrane treatment to meet environmental protection requirements for the emitted gas.
