Spiral wound tube heat exchanger, also known as threaded tube wound heat exchanger or spiral threaded tube heat exchanger.
It is an efficient industrial equipment used for vapor-liquid heat exchange. The core structure of the device consists of a spiral wound tube bundle, a shell, and a tube plate. The tube bundle material is made of 316L stainless steel or titanium, and a compact layout is achieved through automated welding technology. Under the same heat transfer capacity, the volume is only 1/10 of traditional models. It is optimized through CFD fluid dynamics design, using a multi-layer tube bundle structure with reverse winding at the same angle to form turbulence. The heat transfer coefficient can reach up to 14000W/㎡·℃, which is 30% -50% higher than traditional equipment.
Design a fusion of asymmetric flow channels and self stress compensation technology, with temperature coverage ranging from -196 ℃ to 800 ℃, and possessing anti scaling and thermal expansion self-regulation capabilities.
